Become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
As an RBT, you will work directly with clients to implement behavior analytic services under the close supervision of our BCBAs and BCaBAs. You will provide Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) across clinic, home, and school settings. You will be responsible for providing life-changing care by working one-on-one with clients and families to help them achieve new skills and milestones.
Sign-On Bonus!
New staff who are already licensed as an RBT in the state of Nevada will receive a $500 bonus after 90 days and an additional $500 when they reach 6 months of employment.*
*Part-Time new hires will receive $250 after 90 days and an additional $250 when they reach 6 months of employment.
